We strongly recommend you to create ticket from your account after login. Alternately if you need to contact us please email us directly at, we will get back to within 1-3 business days. We may not check spam regularly so your request may end up there so please use your login account.

Chat Support

We provide chat support to all customers via our support center. Please login to your POS Account and initiate chat with the representative.

No Call Support

Please note that while we do not offer direct phone support, you can use all above options which best fits your situation or email us. We may follow up with call if that is required to help you with your concern. We have tons of videos and tutorials links all over our systems which are short and precise can help you with your most of the concern.
